Kyle picked me up early Saturday morning and then we met up with Cathy and were soon on our way! Kyle drove one car and Cathy, Sydney, and I drove the other car.
But first ... Sonic! LOL
From Springville we drove to St. George for our first pit stop.
We made a stop at Swig, a road trip classic. I got a Diet Islander and split a PB cookie with Cathy.

We stopped for gas too!
Poor Sydney ... she got sick once but luckily was okay the rest of the way.
We stopped for tacos in Vegas!

It was so hot!!! Hehehe Sydney's cute.
From Vegas we drove all the way to CALIFORNIA! We arrived around 6 PM. The traffic getting off at our exit was horrendous.
After getting through traffic we headed to the place Kyle and Cathy are staying and settled in. They're staying in a cute little room connected to this lady's house. Once my air mattress was set up there was no room to walk around hah.
After unpacking and walking Sydney around the neighborhood we went to Panera Bread for dinner. After dinner we went to Albertson's for groceries.
The next morning we went to Disneyland!! We left at 7 AM and was there until around 10 PM. Such a long day, but worth it!

After being at Disneyland all morning we hopped over to California Adventure.
I was lucky enough to ride the ferris wheel with Kyle and Cathy and another couple hence the crazy eyes.
For lunch we ate at Blue Bayou. It was adorable. The menu lights up when you open it!
It was a dark New Orleans setting - loved it!
Salad -- feta, candied pecans, tomatoes, cranberries
Entree -- Monte Cristo, a turkey, ham, and swiss sandwich that is fried and served with jam and crème anglaise.

After lunch, Cathy went home for awhile so Kyle and I were left to finish up all the rides.

While waiting in line for Radiator Springs, which we didn't even get to ride lol, we saw a dollar bill in the water so I hopped the railing and saved it. Worth it.
Cathy met up with us before getting in line for Radiator Springs and brought me Diet Coke :)))
I got a root beer float to enjoy while watching World of Color! ^^

After watching World of Color we were exhausted and went straight to bed!
The next morning was Kyle's first day on the job! While he was at work Cathy and I went to Laguna Beach.
It was actually pretty chilly :/
We walked around for awhile looking for lunch and decided to get pizza ^^

The houses around the beach were ADORABLE.
We didn't stay long because where we parked on the street was $1.50/hr.

After the beach we went to TJ Maxx. Yippee.

After Kyle got off work we went to El Durango for dinner. We all got this delicious burrito ^^
After dinner we went to the mall and it was heaven.
Later that night we went to Inside Skup and got ice cream cookie sandwiches!!!

Erick picked me up and we went to see the lights outside of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
It looked so cool!

After seeing those lights we went to the Santa Monica pier.
It was so cute and fun to walk around at night.
Thank you Erick for kidnapping me and showing me some fun places!
The next day it was time for me to fly back to Provo :(
Cathy and I got boba that morning! I got a coconut strawberry smoothie. So good.
After spending the morning getting boba and shopping at Nordstrom Rack, Cathy dropped me off at the airport and from there flew to Salt Lake.
It was a fun little trip and totally worth it. Back to reality now. YAY
