CHRISTMAS 2015

Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

What a wonderful time of year! We're so lucky to be with our family for Christmas and enjoy each other's company. Christmas Eve Kort had work until 4. She works at Shaw's - taking after us!! haha While she was at work we wrapped presents and lounged around the house.

70 degrees on Christmas Eve and this sunset? Okay haha. Not gonna lie we were dreaming of a white Christmas. Not too worried though we will definitely be going back to snow. :))

When Kort got home from work we had our Christmas Eve prime rib dinner. We looked forward to this all day long!

After dinner we made sugar cookies!

Good thing we had Cathy to help us.

Later that night we opened up our Christmas jammies!

We had some fun before going to bed.

Sharing a bed is always fun. Especially on Christmas Eve when you stay up until 2 AM. Also, it's fun when you're mom joins in on the fun and you talk about how your gums are bleeding and don't know why.

CHRISTMAS - AT LAST!

We finally fell asleep and woke up around 8 or was it 9? Probably would have slept later if we didn't have other people wanting us to wake up hehe.

After looking at the gifts from Santa we went to the Christmas tree where Kraw aka our elf distributed the presents to be opened.

The tree looked a little different this year - it just gets better and better.

As we were opening presents we designated this Christmas as Year of the Socks. You can never have too many I suppose.

After opening presents we ate breakfast. We had pancakes with real maple syrup {from NH !}, sausage, bacon, eggs, and hot cocoa! Kort made crock-pot hot chocolate and let me tell you it was scrumptious.

We both got an iPad from the rents and boy are we lucky!

As mentioned previously it was the Year of the Socks but it was also the Year of the iPad. Kyle and Cathy got one to share and mom got one for her bday!
