A sampling of what we did the last few weeks of June:
Just our weekly trip to Seven Peaks! We went with Elizabeth this time.
We saw this old man riding his tricycle. We felt bad for him because it was so hot! We hope he made it home safely.
Made southwestern stuffed spaghetti squash. Delish. http://www.thecomfortofcooking.com/2013/10/southwestern-stuffed-spaghetti-squash.html
Salted chocolate almond no bake granola bars that happen to look like bird food. http://www.wellplated.com/no-bake-granola-bars/#_a5y_p=3463013
Made some no bake energy bites. http://www.cookingclassy.com/2014/04/bake-energy-bites/
We went to Color Me Mine and painted some pottery! We went with Cathy and her friend Emily. Super fun and relaxing!
So devious.
Elevator pic. Why not?
Working 8 hours on a Saturday makes you want to do this. Selfie in the work bathroom. No regrets.
Lunch break campus exploring. This is the oldest building on campus I believe. Wowza.
Made some cheesy chicken bacon broccoli pasta. http://www.kevinandamanda.com/recipes/dinner/cheesy-chicken-bacon-broccoli-pasta.html
Eat up.
Kels did a little DIY project. She took one of our plain white plates and sharpied away. #catsforPresident
Magelby's Pancakes ! Yum yum. The syrup is to die for.
Kels bought sweet rolls from Shirley's. It made for a great dinner with a side of fruit.
FROYO date! Gotta love cheesecake bites.
Exciting.
Food filled.
Action packed.
Sunny.
