Throughout our lives Sundays have always been a special day. They have always involved 3 hours of church, family dinner, & Christ centered activities. As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints we follow standards and live a lifestyle that is very different. Although this sets us apart from others we are blessed to have the gospel in our lives which brings us lasting happiness.
Rather than 3 hours of church today we wound up going to 4 hours because our dad spoke in the Lowell ward this morning! So we are churched out haha. We really enjoyed the talks we heard today about prayer. How awesome it is that we have been provided a way to communicate with our Father in heaven. He truly hears all our prayers and answers them all, in His timing and what He knows is best for us.
We love doing our hair and makeup so Sundays are always fun when we have more time than usual to spend getting ready! Here are some pictures of our whole looks today. Including a special guest, our little sis Kort!

After spending what felt like FOREVER at church, we came home to Daddy V's smoked pork and fresh garden veggies. He is seriously the best cook ever and we have really missed his grilling! After our wimpy college dinners we forgot how our parents go all out for Sunday dinners so our tummies were very happy! :)
