Sun, Fun, & Guns

YIKES, it's mid-August. Only 15 days until school starts! August has been filled with a lot excitement and we're going to end it with a bang.

Our past two weeks:

A yummy dinner Kelsey made. Fish, tartar sauce, tomato, avocado, green beans, & quinoa.

The Stadium Farmers Market started back up so we decided to check it out.

We bought green beans of course.

Don't you love a good green bean mustache?

Green beans really know how to work the camera.

We went on a hike through Rock Canyon one night.

Yes, Kayley does indeed whip her hair back and forth.

And yes, it's true, she is a diva. Who knew.

Handstand rookie.

The pro's turn.

Why thank you, for visiting my kingdom. You may enter here.

Work it...

Yes... and now for the hip pop...

Ka-bam.

We hiked up to a cave and met a hippie playing a handpan (?). The sounds echoed off the cave so it sounded really cool. It was a very therapeutic experience.

"Look at me!!"

Folks, this ain't tribal paint. This is blood. The real deal. A rock cut into the side of Kels's ankle which then started to ooze a great amount of blood. Frightening but cool.

Posing with the evil rock that victimized her. #curseyou

Peace.

Can you spot the cave? Yep, that's the one we hiked up to.

So many salsa options.

The sunset one evening. Isn't it lovely?

We hit up the August rooftop concert, but it started raining soo we left. haha

Pizza on a Friday night is always a good idea. Always.

The hottest jalapenos we've ever eaten.

A guy Kay knows was playing with his band at this apartment complex. We decided to check it out. After his band played, this happened. We left shortly after.

What a fun time it was.

The lighting made for some very high quality pictures. p.s. Thank you random guy for offering to take our picture even though it took you 20 minutes and you happened to accidentally turn on the flashlight on Kels's phone and record a video. #what

A free acai bowl is always a good idea.

Just another hike as usual. We went with some pals to Dry Canyon.

I thought I told you not to pick the weeds Kayley. She never listens.

So precious.

Everything is better with flowers in your hair.

"Kayley put these flowers behind your ear and look off into the distance." Bam perfect photo op.

It got dark within what seemed like 10 minutes. haha

Why so foggy all of a sudden?
The whole time we were up there there was a helicopter trying to find a suicidal man. We didn't find that out until we were at the top. There were a ton of police looking for him. So sad.

Kayley sure does love her green smoothies.

Kay brought Kels dinner on her break at work. What a nice sissy. Can you guess where we're at on campus?

Squinty eyes for the twin.

We had chicken, rice, and macaroni salad with a yummy sauce.

Cold Stone gift card = time to splurge

Like I said, Kay really does love her smoothies.

We decided to go to the pool together and Kay ended up talking on her phone. Woowww. What happened to sissy talk?

Kels decided to take a pic of her hot dogs instead.

Finally we were able to take a pic together. #pooltwins

This was Kayley's first time shooting and she did awesome.

Bam bam bam 10/10

Twins with guns.

Well that was easy. Ready for the next round.

LOL

Wide open space.

Happened to stop by the local ambulance station.

Chilling in an ambulance. No big deal.

Wheee
